Industrial sensor commissioning

Engineers needed one app they could use on site or at the bench, across phone, tablet and desktop. We built it in Flutter, with small native bridges for USB on Windows and macOS, and BLE on iPhone and Android.
Protocol work lives in Dart on top of a small native port, so comms can change without touching platform code. Hardware and firmware slipped across board revisions, so the app includes a byte-level device simulator. The screens were finished against simulated Modbus, then wired to real firmware.

Field engineering rewrite
- Flutter
- offline
- iOS
- Android
- Windows
The existing tablet product needed to leave Xamarin. We rewrote it in Flutter with phone, tablet and landscape layouts, plus a Windows desktop install.
It has to work with no signal: parallel sync on Dart isolates, photos annotated on the device and uploaded when comms come back. We still handle maintenance and small features.

Last-mile logistics apps
- .NET MAUI
- barcode scanning
- PKCE
- offline
- iOS
- Android
A new pickup and drop-off app had a two-month window. Built in .NET MAUI with on-device barcode scanning, and finished a week early.
Follow-on work moved two MAUI apps and their APIs onto a PKCE login flow, then added an offline ordering module that sits inside the existing app — catalogue and basket on the device, live stock when the network is there.

Home energy monitoring
We produced a Bluetooth SDK, a test harness, and configuration screens so the home app could talk to in-home energy hardware. The link uses an encrypted transport and a packed device protocol.
Once connected, the app can show power flow in the home. Work included specs and demos with firmware and systems engineers across several teams.
